Ingredients
- 1 (66.5 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore Tuna in Water, drained
- 2 ½ Tbsp dry minced onion
- ½ c chopped fresh parsley
- 2 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 7 large eggs
- 1 2/3 c breadcrumbs
- 1 c olive oil
Instructions
- Combine tuna, onion, parsley, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Stir in sour cream, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Shape into 27 patties.
- Heat grill over medium heat, add olive oil and cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned, turning gently. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 350°F, line baking sheets with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Serve topped with chili flakes and dip for an appetizer or with rice and roasted veggies for an entrée.
