Tuna Patties

Our low labor tuna patties foodservice recipe does double duty on your menu as an appetizer plate or entrée.

Instructions

  1. Combine tuna, onion, parsley, lemon juice and black pepper.
  2. Stir in sour cream, eggs, and breadcrumbs. Shape into 27 patties.
  3. Heat grill over medium heat, add olive oil and cook patties for about 4 minutes on each side, or until lightly browned, turning gently. Alternatively, preheat the oven to 350°F, line baking sheets with parchment paper, and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve topped with chili flakes and dip for an appetizer or with rice and roasted veggies for an entrée.
