Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Premium White Albacore Tuna
- ½ c lemon juice
- 8 avocados
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- 1 c sour cream
- ½ c capers
- 1 c celery, minced
- 1 c green onion, chopped
- 1 ½ qt red seedless grapes
Instructions
- Place lemon juice, avocado flesh, and Dijon mustard into food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Portion as 3/4 c. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
