Instructions

  1. Cook rice according to package directions. Let cool.
  2. Toss together all ingredients (salmon, lemon pepper, green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, and red onion).
  3. Place I/2 cup rice on top of 2 cabbage leaves for each serving. Top with ½ c salmon mixture.
  4. Season with black pepper and serve.
