Ingredients
- 1 (40 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless
- 1/3 c lemon pepper seasoning
- 4 qt jasmine rice
- 5 1/3 c frozen green beans, thawed
- 1 qt canned kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 qt canned garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 2 lbs cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 qt red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 heads of cabbage, separated into leaves
- 4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Cook rice according to package directions. Let cool.
- Toss together all ingredients (salmon, lemon pepper, green beans, kidney beans, garbanzo beans, tomatoes, and red onion).
- Place I/2 cup rice on top of 2 cabbage leaves for each serving. Top with ½ c salmon mixture.
- Season with black pepper and serve.
