Salmon Tortilla Rolls

Instructions

  1. Drain salmon; remove any bones.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salmon, cream cheese, salsa, parsley and cilantro.
  3. Spread 2-3 tablespoons of the mixture over each tortilla.
  4. Roll each tortilla up tightly and wrap individually with plastic wrap.
  5. If desired, refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
  6. Slice each tortilla into bite-size pieces.
  7. Yield: About 208 appetizers
