Ingredients
- 16 oz Orecchiette pasta, dry
- 11⁄3 c Mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp White balsamic vinegar
- 2 Small red onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp Dried parsley, chopped
- 1 c Sun-dried tomatoes in oil, julienned
- 4 (5 oz) Pouches Chicken of the Sea® Premium White Albacore Tuna
- 1 c Kalamata olives, sliced
- ½ c Pine nuts
Instructions
- Cook pasta per package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, red onion, dried parsley, and sun-dried tomatoes. Stir together.
- Gently fold in tuna and pasta.
- Garnish with olives and pine nuts.
