- ¼ c Lemon juice
- 4 Avocados
- 2 T Dijon mustard
- ½ c Sour cream
- ¼ c Capers
- 4 (5 oz) Pouches Chicken of the Sea® Albacore Tuna
- ½ c Celery, minced
- ½ c Green onion, chopped
- 3 c Red seedless grapes, cut in half
- Place lemon juice, avocado flesh, and Dijon mustard into food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients.
- Portion as 3/4 c. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
