Dilled Salmon Pasta Salad

For the most popular salad on the picnic table, try this version with tasty salmon, fresh veggies, and dill.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups spiral pasta, cooked and drained
  • 3 (14.75 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Traditional Pink or Red Salmon
  • 4 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 medium cucumbers, quartered and sliced
  • 3 small red onions, sliced
  • 1 ½ cups olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
  • 1 ¼ tbsp dill weed
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 heads lettuce, torn

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, toss the pasta, salmon, tomatoes, cucumber and onion.
  2. For dressing, combine the oil, lemon or lime juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
  3. Pour over pasta.
  4. Cover and chill.
  5. Serve over lettuce.
