Ingredients
- 3 cups spiral pasta, cooked and drained
- 3 (14.75 oz) cans Chicken of the Sea® Traditional Pink or Red Salmon
- 4 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 3 medium cucumbers, quartered and sliced
- 3 small red onions, sliced
- 1 ½ cups olive oil
- 1 cup fresh lemon or lime juice
- 1 ¼ tbsp dill weed
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp salt
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 3 heads lettuce, torn
Instructions
- In a large bowl, toss the pasta, salmon, tomatoes, cucumber and onion.
- For dressing, combine the oil, lemon or lime juice, dill, garlic, salt and pepper; mix well.
- Pour over pasta.
- Cover and chill.
- Serve over lettuce.
