  1. Heat griddle over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook until softened.
  2. Add the tuna and cook until warmed.
  3. Place a dollop of mayonnaise in the center of each tortilla or taco shell. Layer tuna atop the mayonnaise.
  4. Top with radish, green onion, cilantro, and/or optional toppings.
