Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Yellowfin Tuna in Water
- ½ c olive oil
- 2 ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 50 mini tortillas
- 1 ½ c mayonnaise
- 1 c radishes, finely sliced
- 1 ¾ c green onions, diced
- 1 c fresh chopped cilantro
- Optional Toppings: shredded lettuce or cabbage, cheese, salsa, avocado
Instructions
- Heat griddle over medium heat and add the olive oil. Add the garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the tuna and cook until warmed.
- Place a dollop of mayonnaise in the center of each tortilla or taco shell. Layer tuna atop the mayonnaise.
- Top with radish, green onion, cilantro, and/or optional toppings.
