Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Yellowfin Tuna in Water
- 2 c cucumber, diced
- 1 c diced red onion
- 1 c diced red bell pepper
- 4 jalapeño, seeded and diced
- ½ c chopped cilantro
- 1 c fresh lime juice
- ½ c olive oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 avocado, sliced or mashed
Instructions
- Mix the tuna, cucumber, onion, bell peppers, and jalapeño together.
- Whisk together cilantro, lime, olive oil, and ground cumin in a separate bowl. Toss with tuna and add salt and pepper.
- Serve with sliced or mashed avocado on tostada shells, tortilla chips, or a bed of lettuce.
