Ingredients
- 1 (66.5 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water
- 6 1/2 lb corkscrew pasta
- 1 2/3 c butter
- 6 ½ qt frozen mixed vegetables
- ¼ c minced garlic
- 3 (50 oz) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3 qt + 1 ½ c milk
- 4 1/2 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
- 11 ¾ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and sauté vegetables with garlic until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Stir in condensed soup, milk, cheese, and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, until cheese is melted; stir frequently.
- Add hot cooked pasta; blend well.
- Fold in tuna; cook until heated through.
- Garnish with additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
