Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients

Lemon Vinaigrette

  • 1 ½ c fresh lemon juice
  • 1 qt olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp salt
  • ¾ c fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Whisk lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and dill and set aside.
  2. Cook the pasta according to directions. Rinse with cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the pasta and veggies.
  4. Flake tuna with a fork and gently add it to the dish.
