Ingredients
- 2 (5oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Albacore Tuna
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
- 2 Tablespoons fresh chives, minced
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
- Spoon into oiled muffin tins.
- Bake for 20 min. or until eggs are cooked through.
