Ingredients
- 1 (66.5 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Solid White Albacore in Water, drained
- 27 avocados, pit removed, sliced in half
- 1 c plain Greek yogurt
- 27 mango, diced
- ¾ c fresh cilantro, chopped
- ¾ c lime juice
- 2 1 2/3 c red onions, finely chopped
- 3 1/3 c cucumber, chopped
- 3 1/3 c red bell pepper, seeds removed, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper, optional
- 1 ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the Greek yogurt, mango, fresh cilantro, lime juice, red onion, cucumber, red bell pepper, cayenne and 1 ½ tsp of salt.
- Fold the tuna into the mixture.
- Slice your avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the Tropical Tuna Salad evenly into each avocado half. Enjoy!
