Ingredients
- 1 (40 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless Pouch
- ¾ c lime juice
- ½ c soy sauce
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tsp ginger, minced
- 1¾ c mayonnaise
- 4 tsp sriracha sauce
- 1 c panko bread crumbs
- 1½ tbsp vegetable oil
- 1½ tsp garlic salt
- 10 c cooked jasmine rice
- 5 sliced avocados
- 1 sliced english cucumber
- 2 c shredded carrot
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and salmon together.
- In small bowl, mix bread crumbs, vegetable oil, and garlic salt.
- Scoop ¾ cup rice on each plate - then top with 3oz of salmon mixture, sliced avocado, carrot, cucumber.
- Garnish with sesame seeds.
