Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and salmon together.
  2. In small bowl, mix bread crumbs, vegetable oil, and garlic salt.
  3. Scoop ¾ cup rice on each plate - then top with 3oz of salmon mixture, sliced avocado, carrot, cucumber.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds.
