Ingredients
- 1 (40 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless
- 2 c seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 c onion, finely chopped
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 8 large eggs, beaten
- 2 ½ Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 c fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 16 hamburger buns
Instructions
- In bowl, combine salmon, bread crumbs, onion, mayonnaise, egg, lemon juice, parsley and garlic salt; blend well.
- Shape into 16 burger sized patties (salmon mixture will be moist).
- Heat oiled griddle and cook burgers over medium heat until both sides are brown.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
