Ingredients
- 1 pouch (40 oz) Chicken of the Sea® Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless Pouch
- 1 lb red lentil pasta
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c olive oil mayonnaise
- 6 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ t garlic powder
- 2 t smoked paprika
- 2 red onions, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 3/4 c parsley and/or dill, chopped
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain.
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, red onions, and chopped herbs to make dressing.
- Fold together pasta, salmon, and dressing. Sprinkle with smoked paprika. Garnish with lemon wedges and/or herb sprigs.
