  1. Combine salmon, onion, parsley, lemon juice and black pepper.
  2. Stir in sour cream, egg, and breadcrumbs.
  3. Shape into 25 patties.
  4. Heat oil on grill over medium heat and cook patties on each side until lightly browned, turning gently.
  5. Serve topped with optional chili flakes and with your favorite dip.
