Ingredients
- 1 (64 oz) can Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon, drained
- 2 Tbsp dry minced onion
- 1/3 c fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 ½ tsp black pepper
- ¾ c sour cream
- 6 large eggs
- 1 ½ c breadcrumbs
- ¾ c vegetable oil
- Optional: chili flakes, aioli, and/or lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Combine salmon, onion, parsley, lemon juice and black pepper.
- Stir in sour cream, egg, and breadcrumbs.
- Shape into 25 patties.
- Heat oil on grill over medium heat and cook patties on each side until lightly browned, turning gently.
- Serve topped with optional chili flakes and with your favorite dip.
