Ingredients
- 1 (40 oz) pouch Chicken of the Sea® Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless
- 2 gal chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 gal seasoned croutons
- 1 qt grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 ½ qt Caesar dressing
- Lemon wedges, for serving
- 2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl, toss lettuce with dressing.
- Fold in salmon and Parmesan cheese.
- Evenly divide salad onto 32 salad plates; top with croutons. Serve with lemon wedges and black pepper.
