Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Yellowfin Tuna in Water
- 8 apples, diced
- 2 c plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1¼ c Dijon mustard
- 1¼ c honey
- 1 c cranberries or cherries, dried
- 2 tsp black pepper
- ½ c scallions
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in large bowl. Season with black pepper.
- Serve with toasted sweet potato slices, apple slices, or toast.
- Top with ½ Tbsp scallions and extra black pepper.
