Grilled Tuna & Vegetable Kebabs

Grilled tuna and vegetable kebabs are the perfect seafood dish to add to your grilling repertoire. Each bite of seasoned grilled tuna is tender, juicy and succulent.

Servings

Ingredients

  • 16 oz tuna steak, cut into 1” cubes (about 2 steaks)
  • 2 zucchini or yellow squash, cut into 1” thick slices
  • 2 bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 red onion, cut thick pieces
  • Metal kebab skewers or wooden skewers (pre-soaked in water for about 30 min)

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Make marinade: Combine oil, garlic powder, ground cumin and soy sauce.
  2. Cut tuna steaks into about 1 1/2-inch size pieces.
  3. Skewer tuna onto skewers, alternating with zucchini, bell peppers, red onion.
  4. Brush marinade over tuna skewers.
  5. Heat Grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until tuna is cooked to your liking.
