Ingredients
- 1 (40 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless
- 8 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crusts
- 3 qt shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 medium red onions, sliced
- 24 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 qt crumbled Feta cheese
- ½ c olive oil
- 2 c fresh chopped basil
- chili flakes, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Place pizza crusts on un-greased baking sheet.
- Top crusts with mozzarella cheese, salmon, red onion, tomato, and feta cheese. Drizzle olive oil over salmon.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts and crust is golden.
- Top with basil and chili flakes. Cut each crust into 8 wedges and serve immediately.
