Ingredients
- 1 (40 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Alaskan Pink Salmon, Skinless & Boneless
- 2 Tbsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1 gal cooked brown rice
- 16 small avocado, sliced
- 16 roasted nori seaweed sheets, crushed
- 2 c carrots, shredded
- 2 c radishes, shredded
- 2 c minced cilantro
- 2/3 c Furikaki seasoning
- 2 c Sriracha mayo
Instructions
- Mix salmon and everything bagel seasoning.
- Place 1 cup brown rice in each serving bowl and top with 1 Tbsp crushed seaweed sheet.
- Add sliced avocado and top with salmon mixture.
- Add carrots, radishes, and cilantro.
- Sprinkle Furikaki and drizzle sriracha mayo over the bowl.
