Ingredients
- 1 pouch (43 oz) Chicken of the Sea® Premium Light Tuna Pouch
- 3 c. prepared salsa
- 1 t. smoked paprika
- 2 t chili powder
- 1 t garlic powder
- ¼ c lime juice
- 24 corn tortillas
- 24 oz guacamole
- 24 oz sour cream
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 c shredded colby-jack cheese
- ½ c cilantro, chopped
- 6 limes, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Warm tuna with salsa, smoked paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, and lime juice.
- Crisp and warm tortillas.
- Layer each tortilla with guacamole, followed by tuna mixture. Top with sour cream, onion, and cheese. Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with lime wedge.
