Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Yellowfin Tuna in Water
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- Juice of 2 limes
- ½ c olive oil
- 8 large bell pepper, sliced
- 2 ½ c chopped cilantro
- 1 qt salsa or pico de gallo
- 8 limes, cut into wedges for serving
- 34 (6 inch) flour tortillas
- Optional toppings for serving: 8 jalapeño or serrano chili sliced, guacamole, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Combine tuna with chili powder and lime juice.
- Heat skillet and add oil.
- Cook onion and bell peppers until crispy and brown.
- Add chili lime tuna and cilantro. Gently stir until combined.
- Divide tuna mixture between the flour tortillas.
- Serve with salsa/pico de gallo and other optional toppings.
