Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Yellowfin Tuna in Water
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- Juice of two limes
- 1 (110 oz) can black beans
- 2 qt non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 qt guacamole
- 2 qt pico de gallo or salsa
- 2 c sliced black olives
- 1 c low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
- Optional - sliced or chopped jalapeño or serrano chilis
- Cut vegetables or Tortilla chips, for serving
Instructions
- Mix tuna with chili powder and lime juice. Set aside.
- In a 17-quart casserole dish lay the beans in a single layer.
- Continue adding the remaining layers: Greek yogurt, guacamole, pico de gallo or salsa, black olives, cheese, and chili lime tuna.
- Add additional layer of sliced chilies if desired.
- Serve with tortilla chips or cut vegetables.
