Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna in Water
- 1 gal cooked whole grains (brown rice, farro, quinoa or couscous)
- 1 qt shredded purple cabbage
- 1 qt chopped cucumber
- 3 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 qt baby carrots, sliced
- 2 c crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella cubes
- 1 c chopped fresh basil
- 3 ¼ c Italian dressing
- ½ Tbsp salt
- 1 ½ Tbsp pepper
Instructions
- In each bowl, add 1 c grains then top with 2 ½ oz tuna in the middle of the grains.
- Arrange cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, and carrots around the tuna.
- Top with feta cheese then drizzle with Italian dressing.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
