Ingredients
- 1 packet (43 oz.) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna in Water
- 1/3 c sweet chili sauce
- 3 lb cooked seasoned ramen noodles
- 16-32 small bok choy
- 16 soft-boiled eggs, cut in half
- 16 green onions, sliced
- 1/3 c toasted sesame seeds.
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles to package instructions, including the sauce packets.
- Add the bok choy and cook for about 1 minutes or until tender.
- In a large bowl, mix the tuna and the sweet chili sauce together.
- Put 3 oz ramen noodles into each serving bowl.
- Add 2 1/2 oz tuna and 1 sliced egg per bowl.
- Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
