  1. Cook ramen noodles to package instructions, including the sauce packets.
  2. Add the bok choy and cook for about 1 minutes or until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the tuna and the sweet chili sauce together.
  4. Put 3 oz ramen noodles into each serving bowl.
  5. Add 2 1/2 oz tuna and 1 sliced egg per bowl.
  6. Top with green onion and sesame seeds.
