Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) cup Crab Cake Blend
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 Tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons sriracha hot sauce, or to personal taste
- Salt and pepper, to personal taste
- Oil, for spraying or brushing
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Combine eggs, mayonnaise, breadcrumbs, cilantro, salt and pepper.
- Gently fold crab meat and sriracha into mixture, avoid breaking lumps of crabmeat.
- Divide mixture into 4 portions. Shape into cakes about 1/2-inch thick.
- Pre-heat air fryer to 375°F. Brush or oil spray each side of crab cake.
- Brush or spray oil on air fryer rack or basket. Gently place crab cakes in air fryer.
- Air fry crab cakes at 375°F for 6 minutes. Gently flip crab cake and air fry for additional 5-6 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with lime wedges.
