Ingredients
- 16 oz tuna cubes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 tostadas shells
Toppings
- 2 avocados, sliced
- 1 cup salsa or pico de gallo
- Chopped cilantro
- Sliced jalapeño or serrano chili
- Sliced red onion
- 2 limes, cut into wedges for serving
Instructions
- In bowl combine tuna cubes, olive oil, garlic and soy sauce.
- Heat pan on medium high heat and cook marinated tuna until cooked through. If needed, season with additional salt and pepper, to taste. Remove from heat.
- Add avocado slices on tostada shell, top with cooked tuna.
- Top with your choice of toppings: pico de gallo/salsa, cilantro, chiles and red onions.
- Serve with lime wedges.
