Ingredients
- 16 oz tuna steak, cut into 1” cubes (about 2 steaks)
- 2 zucchini or yellow squash, cut into 1” thick slices
- 2 bell peppers, chopped
- 1 red onion, cut thick pieces
- Metal kebab skewers or wooden skewers (pre-soaked in water for about 30 min)
Marinade
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 Tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Make marinade: Combine oil, garlic powder, ground cumin and soy sauce.
- Cut tuna steaks into about 1 1/2-inch size pieces.
- Skewer tuna onto skewers, alternating with zucchini, bell peppers, red onion.
- Brush marinade over tuna skewers.
- Heat Grill and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side or until tuna is cooked to your liking.
