Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tonggol Tuna
- 3 c celery, chopped
- 9 green onion, chopped
- 3 (8 oz) can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tsp ground mustard
- 1 ½ tsp dill
- 2 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 1/8 tsp salt
- 18 (6-inch) pita pocket halves
- 18 slices lettuce
- 18 slices tomato
- 36 slices cucumber
- ¾ c feta cheese
Instructions
- Combine tuna, celery, green onion, radish, mayonnaise, dill, black pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
- Gently separate the pita pockets.
- Place lettuce and tomato in the pita. Add tuna salad on top.
- Place cucumber on top of tuna and sprinkle with feta cheese.
