Ingredients
- 1 (43 oz) packet Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna in Water
- 4 Tbsp lemon zest
- 2 ½ Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 gal arugula
- 1 gal cooked quinoa
- 1 qt sweet bell peppers, chopped
- 1 qt sliced radishes
- 8 avocado, halved and sliced
- 11 qt garbanzo beans
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
Instructions
- In each bowl, add arugula, cooked quinoa, then top with tuna.
- Add bell peppers, radishes, avocado, and garbanzo beans around the bowl.
- Season each bowl with salt and pepper.
